Rooms does not have sufficient light, bathroom was clogged due to drainage problem, crocroches were there in room ,terrible stay. market place is near.

1. In room there is no water even we ask they didn't gave. Gotten very late 2. No hot water for bath 3. No night light room is very dark. 4. The lock of the door is not working properly. 5. No telivision in my room. Sorry i don't have.

I have booked room with twin bed for 2 days stay in hotel soundarya bangalore through mmt after seeing pics n reviews on mmt. Inadvertently the room booked was standard non ac room. When i checked in i requested for ac upgrade at counter. For that hotel charged me rs. 700 more for 2 days. I said ok and paid without seeing the ac room. When i saw that it was not a room with twin bed and not as i saw at mmt app. So i said please refund my rs 700 which i paid for ac upgrade. And give me that room which i booked earlier from mmt. Then they send me to another non ac room which was ok to me. And i said ok. But they didn't refund my amount. They said we have upgrade to non ac deluxe room. Now i want my refund as it was hotel mistake as he send me to deluxe room instead of standard room when i asked for my booked room. Please look into matter very seriously. And refund my amount rs. 700 please.

Hotel is good but the receptionist behaviour is very bad. He did not give minimum of respect (worst experience)

Very bed hotel, staff is not cooperative. Ac not working, sleeping bed size is very short, washing shop and shampoo are not available. Morning tea is not available they are telling after 8am. Then why add breakfast including.
